DescriptionThe Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) provides assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and leadership in a culturally competent manner, supporting patient‑family centered care and evidence‑based quality, safety and service.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing – BSN preferred. RNs with an Associate’s degree have 5 years to complete the BSN.
Qualified Candidates Must Have- Minimum 7 months of ICU RN experience
- Current Florida RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS certification

Benefits & CompensationBase salary: $77,969–$ (Miami, FL). $25,000 bonus possible.
