Role DescriptionThis is a part-time event based, hybrid role for a Community Events Coordinator based in Miami, FL. The role involves organizing and executing local community events to grow user engagement and drive brand recognition. Responsibilities include event planning, coordinating logistics, managing correspondence with users and vendors, promoting events, and gathering feedback to continuously improve experiences. The role will also involve fostering relationships within the local community to build awareness and grow the Zèya user base.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Sales with a focus on building community partnerships and outreach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using digital tools and social media for event promotion
- Experience in community engagement or grassroots marketing is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
