Responsibilities
  • Schedule Planner
    • a. Travel Planning
      • Coordinate international trips with In-house agents and outside brokers
      • Coordinate the relationship with vendors
    • b. Event Planning (on a need basis)
      • Venue Selection/Negotiation
      • E-Vite Coordination
      • Material Coordination
      • Payment to Vendors Coordination
      • Coordinate the relationship with vendors: expos, media, design…
    • c. Database Management
      • Update database periodically
    • d. Report Generation / Download
      • CRM Training (Download Reports, Upload Events)
      • ii. Country of Origin
      • Post Event Reports to Developer & Sales Teams
      • Upload Pictures, Receipts, Reports at Share Folder
      • International initiatives, record activities, sales, advertising efforts.
    • e. Budget / Accounting
      • Budget Formulation
      • Proposals to Developers
      • Cash Advance Request
      • Reimbursement Forms
    • f. General Coordination
      • Team Roster – assistance with contracts, marketing materials, market research…
      • – Execute Counterparts Roster with point of contact
      • Event Pipeline Master / International Calendar System
      • Coordinate relationships with international brokers (agreements, trip planning, events, webinars…)
      • Assist International Brokers (Visit to Projects, Training Sessions, etc.)
    • g. Marketing
      • Graphic design:
        Invitations, flyers, Power Point presentations, htmls.
      • Social media. Keep updated social media international accounts… assist brokers
      • Dropbox – Projects marketing materials update
      • Provide assistance to international brokers with projects promotion, identify opportunities.
      • Manage advertising opportunities. Communicate projects and track results.
      • Online platforms – liaison with clients, provide digital marketing materials and monitor implementation.
      • Eblast distribution – Assist with Eblast to databases to serve different campaigns (Specific project’s promotions, launch projects, project’s milestones…)
      • Inventory Management
      • Materials at International Offices
      • Send/ receipt Material Request to Sales Centers
      • Verify Reception ices
    • h. Filing System
      • IB Referral Agreements
      • Share Folder System (dropbox)
      • International events – keep track
