We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to help manage inbound leads, keep Salesforce data clean, and ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design to keep promotions, leads, and customer interactions organized and on schedule.
What You’ll Do- Respond to and qualify inbound leads (web, email, phone)
- Manage and update Salesforce CRM data
- Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Maintain the promotions calendar and website promo updates
- Support sales by adding products and marketing assets in Salesforce
- Track marketing activity and coordinate client recognition tasks
- 1–3+ years in marketing support, sales operations, or coordination
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Familiarity with email/SMS marketing tools
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
Bonus: Pardot, HTML/email editing, or experience in hospitality, multifamily, or distribution.
