A growing professional services consulting firm based in Miami, FL is conducting a confidential search for a high-performing Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager ready to build a modern marketing engine from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build and lead opportunity.

The OpportunityYou will have the autonomy and executive visibility to:
- Design and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy
- Build scalable systems and marketing infrastructure
- Elevate brand positioning in a competitive B2B professional services market
- Develop analytics frameworks that directly impact revenue growth
- Lay the foundation for building and leading a marketing team
This is a hybrid position with four days in office and one day remote, based in Miami, FL. The role is eligible for performance-based bonus compensation.

You likely have deep B2B experience and may have supported multiple brands or diversified service offerings.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Development- Architect and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with firm growth objectives
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps with defined KPIs
- Establish performance dashboards and ROI reporting frameworks
- Advise leadership on market positioning, competitive differentiation, and brand evolution
- Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, automation, and content marketing strategies
- Design and refine social media strategies using analytics to drive engagement and conversion
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights
- Own and manage Hub Spot including automation workflows, lead scoring, CRM integration, reporting, and campaign tracking
- Identify new digital channels and growth experiments to expand reach and authority
- Strengthen brand identity, voice, and visual consistency
- Oversee the creation of digital assets, presentations, print collateral, and promotional materials
- Contribute to graphic design initiatives where needed
- Ensure all marketing initiatives support business development and revenue goals
- Implement marketing workflows and scalable systems
- Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Establish processes that enable future team growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and business development teams
- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, professional services preferred
- Demonstrated experience building digital marketing strategies from scratch
- Advanced proficiency in Hub Spot including automation, CRM, reporting, and workflows
- Strong digital marketing expertise across SEO, PPC, email, content, and social media
- Proven ability to use analytics to refine and improve content and campaign performance
- Graphic design experience and understanding of print and promotional production
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional time management and ability to operate independently
- Technically proficient and comfortable implementing new tools and platforms
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes
