POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to execute and elevate our brand presence across all social platforms. Reporting to the Social Media Director, this role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, enhances brand awareness, and supports our overall marketing and business objectives, across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and more.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, analytical thinker, and strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As the Manager of the Social Media team, this individual will oversee community management, social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and performance reporting—ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity while staying ahead of digital trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive growth. Ensuring alignment with the overall editorial calendar and campaign goals, which include product launches, new store openings, menu innovations, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Content and Graphics teams to brief and secure compelling visual and video assets necessary for successful campaign execution. Ensure creative output aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and platform best practices. Provide performance-based feedback to continuously optimize content quality and impact.
  • Community Engagement & Customer Interaction: Monitor and manage daily activity across all social platforms. Ensure inbound messages are addressed in a timely and professional manner while maintaining brand voice and tone. Proactively engage with followers to foster loyalty, strengthen brand affinity, and monitor sentiment.
  • Copywriting & Communication: Develop engaging, on-brand captions and platform-specific messaging that reflects brand tone and drives conversation. Ensure all written content is accurate, compelling, and optimized for engagement.
  • Digital & Analytical Tools: Utilize scheduling and analytics tools and platform-native insights to optimize post timing and effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching social media trends, emerging platforms, and content formats. Make recommendations to improve performance and incorporate new ideas into the editorial calendar to keep the brand timely and competitive.
  • Editorial Planning & Project Management: Manage and create the editorial calendar, overseeing the scheduling, planning, and timely execution of all social content in accordance with promotional campaigns, brand timelines, and marketing brand objectives. Ensure all deliverables meet internal deadlines and campaign milestones.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and campaign effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve content performance and inform future strategy.
  • Paid Media Support: Assist in aligning paid social efforts with organic content strategy to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign performance.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management
    :
    Identify, develop, and support relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand partners to execute collaborative campaigns that expand brand reach and drive business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts with demonstrated growth in engagement and audience
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Social Media Coordinators, including overseeing daily content scheduling, community engagement, and execution of campaigns.
