At The Pharmacy Hub
, we collaborate with pharmaceutical brands, manufacturers, health brands, telemedicine providers, and healthcare companies to deliver essential products directly to patients. Our expertise allows us to seamlessly distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products to consumers, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience.

Job Summary

Pharmacy Hub is seeking a Marketing Director to build, lead, and scale the company’s marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline from telehealth operators, digital health startups, and healthcare platforms seeking pharmacy and fulfillment infrastructure.

As both a strategic architect and hands‑on operator, the Marketing Director will define market positioning, develop and execute demand generation strategies, shape and amplify the brand narrative, and align closely with Sales to accelerate revenue growth. This leader will establish scalable marketing systems, performance metrics, and messaging frameworks that support enterprise‑level growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B healthcare marketing, understands the nuances of operating in regulated environments, and has a strong track record of building performance‑driven growth engines in high‑growth settings. This is a foundational leadership role for someone excited to build from the ground up and directly impact company trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute Pharmacy Hub’s market positioning, core messaging, and category narrative within telehealth and pharmacy infrastructure.
  • Build, optimize, and scale a predictable B2B demand generation engine that consistently drives qualified pipeline.
  • Own pipeline growth targets in partnership with Sales, aligning marketing strategy directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Develop high‑impact sales enablement assets, including case studies, pitch decks, battle cards, and industry‑specific collateral.
  • Lead content strategy across thought leadership, regulatory education, and industry insights to establish brand authority.
  • Drive brand development and expand category leadership within the telehealth and pharmacy infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Own conference, event, and strategic partnership marketing initiatives to expand reach and influence.
  • Oversee digital marketing performance across SEO, paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve MQL → SQL → Closed Won conversion through messaging refinement and funnel optimization.
  • Implement robust marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI reporting to guide data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing marketing team aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Manage marketing budget with disciplined allocation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, or similar) are a plus but not required, especially for candidates with strong B2B healthcare marketing experience in regulated or high‑growth environments.

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma services, telehealth, or health‑tech infrastructure, with meaningful time spent in high‑growth environments.
  • Proven ability to market effectively within regulated industries, confidently navigating compliance while maintaining speed and creativity.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling pipeline for B2B enterprise sales teams, with clear impact on revenue growth.
  • Strong command of performance marketing fundamentals, including SEO, paid acquisition, analytics, and conversion rate optimization, comfortable owning metrics.
  • Skilled at translating complex compliance frameworks and operational capabilities into sharp, differentiated, and revenue‑driving value propositions.
  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring lean, high‑output marketing teams; sets a high bar for execution and accountability.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused startup environment.
