Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Marketing Manager is a key leadership position responsible for being the architect of the content ecosystem and transforming raw insights and member wins into compelling narratives that inspire their target market: digital marketing agency owners.
From executing real-time coverage at our exclusive Miami Intensives to mastering the nuances of our leadership's brand voices, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy across Meta, Linked In, You Tube, and beyond. If you are a master of brand tone with a data‑driven mindset, focus on marketing automations, and have a gift for storytelling, you belong here.
This role is perfect for someone with experience with digital marketing agencies, content generation, marketing strategy, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, with an understanding of the rhythms of entrepreneurial growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop weekly/monthly content calendars
- Plan platform‑specific content (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube)
- Align content with marketing campaigns, intensives, and launches
- Identify content opportunities from member wins, testimonials, sessions
- Write all social media posts (captions, hooks, CTAs)
- Create platform‑appropriate variations (carousel for IG, text‑heavy for FB, professional for Linked In)
- Select photos and graphics for posts
- Write captions for short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts)
- Maintain Josh's voice and tone across all platforms
- Maintain Yesenia's voice for her personal profiles
- Understand and apply the 7FA brand guidelines
- Present speakers and members as "heroes" in content
- Real‑time posting during Member Intensives (3‑4x per year in Miami)
- Cover all sessions with before/during/after posts
- Post award winner announcements
- Tag speakers, members, and companies appropriately
- Work extended hours during intensive week (awards are after‑hours)
- Provide creative direction for Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (ad provider handles execution)
- Develop and test ad creative concepts: hooks, formats, CTAs
- Coordinate with ad providers on campaign strategy and performance
- Ensure offer integrity and brand consistency across all paid channels
- Scale winning creative and retire underperformers
- Promote monthly workshops across all channels
- Drive guest registrations for Member Intensives (March, July, November)
- Optimize the guest journey from awareness to registration to attendance
- Write and manage email sequences for the existing database (18,500+ agency owners)
- Develop nurture campaigns, launch sequences, and re‑engagement flows
- Optimize for open rates, click rates, and booked calls
- Segment and target messaging based on prospect stage
- Own and deliver a weekly marketing scorecard
- Track KPIs: CAC, CPL, show rate, close rate influence, ROAS
- Document what's working and why (learning documentation)
- Build a scaling framework for winning campaigns
- Analyze funnel drop‑off points (opt‑in, show, close) and recommend fixes
- Run a regular sales + marketing alignment cadence with the sales team
- Track objections from sales calls and feed insights into marketing creative
- Optimize lead quality, not just volume
- Coordinate with external providers (ad agencies, designers, video editors)
- Deliver executive‑level insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Occasional travel to Miami, Florida, is required, approximately 3 to 5 times per year, for in‑person member events.
