About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Manager Trainee to join our on-site team in Miami, FL. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are energetic, people-oriented, and eager to develop into a future brand leader.

• Represent client brands with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, or nonprofit initiatives
• Support in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while building brand loyalty
• Learn campaign strategy, communication, and performance tracking
• Assist with daily planning and execution to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Develop leadership skills by working closely with senior team members

• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Full-time availability on-site in Miami, FL
• Experience in marketing, customer service, sports, or sales is a plus (not required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus, not required
