- Team Leadership & Strategy Development:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Managers, centralizing local marketing efforts to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing plans that drive traffic and sales growth in targeted DMAs.
- Cultivate community engagement initiatives and foster brand loyalty through innovative local campaigns.
- Campaign Execution & Process Management:
- Implement process-oriented approaches and enforce timelines for efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field operations, marketing, and other departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Oversee media planning, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms, leveraging these tools to enhance local campaigns.
- Franchisee Collaboration & Business Reviews:
- Conduct business reviews with franchisees to assess performance, identify gaps, and develop localized marketing plans that align with national strategies.
- Provide guidance to franchisees on implementing local marketing initiatives effectively, supporting alignment with brand objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees on local marketing matters, building strong relationships to drive execution.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Adjustment:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Monitor and evaluate local marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
- Use insights from business reviews to continuously refine strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in team leadership.
- Experience in media planning, buying, and optimization is preferred.
- Technical
Skills:- Proficiency in analytics and creative problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey key messages effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to influence without authority.
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
