Manager, Así Studios

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
:

The Manager, Asi Studios will contribute to the development of plans and actionable solutions that yield successful go-to-market activations for clients, and supports the development of RFP responses within their assigned verticals

YOUR DAY-DAY:

• Represent Así in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs and maximize revenue opportunities for second-tier accounts
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with decision makers client and agency side
• Liaise with cross-functional teams during RFP process, provide clear direction on the deliverables needed to execute in a timely manner, provide marketing strategy, feedback and receive conceptual approval and alignment from all parties
• Build relationships with key personnel in divisional platforms to effectively weave together cohesive multi-touch point offerings
• Work with Así Studios creative and production teams to ensure presentation tells story in an impactful manner, with oversight from Director
• Manage Salesforce Así Studios portals and help keep all information up to date and help communicate with Sales regarding the status of proposals
• Ideate and develop unique and compelling marketing solutions that are insight-led, match creative ideas with strategic media plans and win RFPs
• Present strategic proposals to Sales and cross-functional teams
• Execute campaigns, including overseeing content production and distribution processes
• Create weekly and monthly reporting and comprehensive full campaign recaps

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must have excellent attention to detail and organization
• 3 Years + media/advertising/sales marketing
• 1 years+ Digital/Social Marketing

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to work from one of our offices
• Employment/education will be verified
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

SALARY RANGE: 77K-87K + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
