Marketing Manager

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven individual to drive customer acquisition and elevate brand awareness within critical, diverse cultural music sectors. This pivotal role offers the chance to make a significant impact, shaping marketing strategies and directly influencing market expansion. You will be instrumental in connecting with diverse audiences and fostering vibrant communities around music.

As a key player, you will own the end-to-end delivery of marketing programs, manage crucial relationships with content creators and partners, and leverage data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on new market investment opportunities. Your strategic thinking and tactical execution will directly contribute to our growth objectives and solidify our position as a leader in cultural music engagement.

This is a hybrid role with a strong in-office preference; candidates should be comfortable working onsite most days, with up to two remote days as approved.

This role is based in Miami, FL; candidates must be local or willing to commute regularly.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated professional background and deep expertise working within US Hispanic and Latin music markets.
• Strong analytical proficiency with proven experience in data analysis, utilizing metrics to justify marketing spend and demonstrate project ROI.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across creative, sales, and executive leadership teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred for this level of role.
• A “consultant-style” mindset, adept at identifying market gaps and proposing scalable solutions for growth.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft concise, professional business narratives and strategic documents.

You will join a diverse, high-energy team known for its strategic vision and growth-oriented approach. This role offers significant visibility, including regular one-on-one engagement with regional marketing leadership and senior executives. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and constantly exploring the cutting edge of music culture. Some regional travel may be required (limited and budgeted).
