Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Overview

It’s A 10 Haircare is looking for a highly organized, proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help scale our creator partnerships.

You will work directly with our Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to support all aspects of influencer campaigns. This is a hands-on role that is vital to ensuring campaigns run smoothly, content is tracked and reported accurately, and new creators are discovered to expand our reach. You should be extremely comfortable working across Tik Tok, Instagram, and social platforms, with a strong understanding of what performs well and why.

• Track and organize all influencer content, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Assist in reporting on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ensure tracking methods are always accurate and up-to-date.
• Support all PR gifting & packaging efforts (designing, packing, and shipping).
• Review influencer content and ensure it aligns with brand goals.
• Research and identify new creators and potential influencer partnerships to grow our creator community.
• Maintain organized databases, content libraries, and records of all deliverables.
• Monitor social media platforms to identify new talent, industry trends, and emerging creators.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, PR.
• Content creation & editing abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Canva.
• Impeccable organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines consistently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for social media, influencer culture, and emerging trends.
• Proactive, creative, & resourceful team player.
