Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to take ownership of brand expression, narrative, and campaign delivery for an ultra-luxury real estate and lifestyle platform.
This is a brand-first role
, not a channel-first or performance marketing position. The focus is on taste, consistency, and long-term brand equity
, ensuring every touchpoint — visual, verbal, digital, and experiential — feels intentional, elevated, and world-class.
You will work closely with senior leadership in a founder-led environment
, translating vision into clear brand execution while managing agencies and partners to a very high standard.
- Own the brand narrative, tone of voice, and visual direction
- Act as the brand guardian across all internal and external touchpoints
- Ensure consistency across digital, physical, and experiential brand expression
- Develop brand-led campaigns rather than calendar-driven content
- Ensure storytelling is refined, emotionally intelligent, and aligned with luxury positioning
- Oversee brand and marketing strategy across digital, social, PR alignment, and partnerships
- Balance commercial objectives with long-term brand integrity
- Support launches, announcements, and high-visibility moments
- Direct content strategy and creative output across platforms
- Ensure social presence is editorial, intentional, and elevated
- Guide execution without chasing trends that dilute brand equity
- Identify and manage brand-aligned partnerships across hospitality, wellness, fashion, culture, and lifestyle
- Ensure collaborations enhance credibility and positioning
- Brief and manage creative, digital, PR, and production agencies
- Hold partners accountable to brand standards, timelines, and output quality
- Serve as the central point of alignment across stakeholders
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support ideation, planning, and efficiency
- Stay current with emerging tools while maintaining brand discipline
- 8–12 years’ experience in brand-led marketing roles
- Proven ownership of brand positioning and campaign storytelling
- Background in luxury, premium consumer brands, hospitality, real estate, fashion, or lifestyle
- Strong taste level and understanding of restraint and nuance
- Comfortable operating in founder-adjacent environments
- Experienced managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- AI-literate and future-focused, without being trend-driven
- Not a performance marketing role
- Not a social media manager role
