Haute Living Media Group—the global authority in luxury lifestyle media—along with its portfolio of premium sister companies across media, real estate, private aviation, insurance, events, and luxury services, is seeking a Paid Media & Social Media Specialist to join our growing Miami team.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who understands both luxury branding and conversion-focused paid media
, and who can operate across multiple brands while maintaining a cohesive, elevated aesthetic.

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google, and Linked In
• Manage social media calendars and daily posting across multiple brands
• Create, test, and optimize ad creative (copy, hooks, CTAs, formats)
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROAS
• Execute A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and landing pages
• Collaborate with creative, editorial, and sales teams
• Track leads and performance metrics in CRM platforms
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices

• 3+ years of experience in paid media and social media management
• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads (Linked In Ads a plus) TIk TOk , You Tube and REddit
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnels
• Ability to write clean, compelling, luxury-appropriate copy
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency with analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• Media, real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
