We are a designer swimwear brand where fashion, culture, and community meet poolside. Our world is bold, confident, and always evolving — and we’re looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes social, understands luxury fashion, and knows how to turn engagement into impact.
This role is perfect for someone who sees social media as a creative playground, understands brand storytelling, and knows how to build meaningful connections with a highly engaged audience.
The RoleAs our Community Manager, you will be the voice, vibe, and digital pulse of the brand. You’ll craft compelling content, spark conversation, and cultivate an online community that feels elevated, inclusive, and unmistakably us. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll help translate our brand vision into scroll-stopping moments across social platforms.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate visually compelling, on-brand content that reflects our aesthetic, tone, and lifestyle
- Manage and nurture our online community, fostering authentic interaction and positive brand advocacy
- Monitor conversations, respond thoughtfully, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Track trends in fashion, digital culture, and social media to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Drive growth across social platforms through strategic storytelling and community engagement
- A natural storyteller with a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, and visual detail
- Deeply fluent in social platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
- Analytical yet creative — you understand the data and the art behind great content
- Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease
- A collaborative team player with confident, polished communication skills
- Passionate about fashion, swimwear, and lifestyle branding
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager or in a similar digital role
- Strong writing skills with excellent spelling and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of basic marketing principles, graphic design fundamentals, and performance analytics
- Experience with fashion brands — swimwear experience is a major plus
