The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our communications efforts across multiple channels, including social media, internal communications, and public relations.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and plans.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support social media management by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Conduct research to inform communication initiatives and strategies.
- Help coordinate events, meetings, and other outreach activities.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on key communications metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Competitive hourly wage: $20 - $25 per hour.
