Senior Associate, eCommerce Digital Marketing
Our client, a luxury fashion company, is seeking a Senior Associate, eCommerce Digital Marketing to join the team at their corporate office in Miami
. This is a full‑time, hybrid position (2 days in office). This role will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns, managing influencer partnerships, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Duties Include:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, META Ads, and Tik Tok Ads to maximize performance and ROI.
- Manage influencer partnership relationships to drive brand engagement and reach.
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Partner with creative and cross‑functional teams to develop engaging, platform‑specific content.
- Monitor brand presence, test new strategies, and stay current on digital marketing trends.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and paid media management across multiple platforms, preferably from fashion, jewelry, or beauty brands.
- Autonomously managing a volume of business of $100K per month for digital marketing projects related to paid media or affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities in fast‑paced environments.
- Strategic and creative mindset with proven ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Salary: $90 000 – $110 000 annually
