We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone with some experience who enjoys organization, digital content, experiential marketing activations, and wellness-focused events.

This is an execution-focused support role, not a strategy or leadership position, with opportunities to grow over time. You’ll help keep marketing efforts running smoothly across social media, email, events, and internal operations.

• Assist with content research, caption writing, hashtag research, and light copy edits
• Support email newsletters, socials, and event communications
• Assist with event marketing prep, RSVPs, and follow-ups
• Support on-site events as needed

• 1–2 years of marketing, social media, or event support experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort using AI tools to support writing, research, organization, and design.
• Experience with Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Canva, Google Drive, and email tools
• Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or experiential marketing

• Enjoy executing and organizing
• Like supporting creative projects behind the scenes
• Are proactive, reliable, and communicative
• Want hands-on experience in brand and experiential marketing

This role offers exposure to brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and wellness-focused events, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.
