Position: Advertising, Marketing & Social Media Consultant For Hire

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join our growing construction company. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our brand, expanding our online presence, and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Experience:

AI Marketing Tools – save time, content optimization, high yield sales conversion/lead conversion generating content by creating/sharing timely, engaging posts/content using proven strategies with real-time data.

Research, create, edit and optimize content engagement using performance metrics and industry insights.

Automate publishing, target client demographics, identify best times to post on social media for this audience, optimize ads using AI-enabled dynamic ad builders.

AI Tools to help create, edit and enhance videos that help save time, money, and effort.

AI social media algorithmic tools to build content and brand.

Understanding of best AI apps (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, neural networks, natural language processing NLP algorithms).

AI content generation using dynamic creative optimization (DCO) for timely ads targeted at the right people.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.

Manage and optimize SEO initiatives to improve our website's search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Plan, implement, and monitor Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Utilize AI and analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize for maximum effectiveness.

Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.

Develop and implement lead conversion strategies to turn online inquiries into closed deals.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, advertising, SEO, and PPC advertising.

Strong understanding of AI and analytics tools and their application in marketing.

Demonstrated success in building brands and driving business growth.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for increasing followers and engagement.

Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
