Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies.
  • Create the marketing calendar and lead brand campaigns.
  • Lead digital and social media strategy, producing engaging content and reporting performance.
  • Maintain all social channels to ensure consistent output and strong community engagement.
  • Collaborate with operations to design, launch, track, and report digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead CRM activities and coordinate email marketing—including campaign setup, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee ongoing website updates and manage third‑party digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver and support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to drive coverage and brand visibility.
  • Oversee key events and brand activations, ensuring effective execution and ROI tracking.
  • Report on campaign activities and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing within hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience executing local marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, managing multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Experience working across different markets and knowledge of local media landscapes.
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other digital creative platforms.
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google, Social Media).
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
