CMA seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator with deep experience in the AEC industry to lead small‑ and large‑scale proposal initiatives. The role blends proposal strategy, team collaboration, and brand‑forward marketing, requiring strong design software skills and the ability to coordinate and mentor a marketing team.

• Lead the end‑to‑end proposal process (RFP responses, presentations, interviews) for large‑scale opportunities.
• Coordinate team workloads for both small‑ and large‑scale proposal efforts.
• Generate high‑end marketing content for proposals in Chen Moore’s next phase of growth.
• Collaborate with technical staff on win strategies and proposal narratives.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, resumes, and project data.
• Oversee branding, proofreading, and quality control on all submittals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital/print content.
• Mentor junior marketing team members and align initiatives with firm goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of AEC marketing and proposal development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design software.
• Deltek experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
