Overview

We’re supporting a professional sports team in their search for a Partnership Activation professional to join their growing team. This is a role that will see you working closely with major global brands, ensuring world-class delivery across sponsorship assets, activations, and hospitality programs.

• Take ownership of a key top-tier partner account, delivering best-in-class activation and client service.
• Act as the main point of contact for brand stakeholders, ensuring partnership rights are fulfilled and opportunities maximized.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (marketing, communications, gameday ops, etc.) to deliver creative and impactful activations.
• Support on upsells, renewals, and other commercial opportunities, with commission eligibility built into the role.
• Operate with autonomy while working within a close-knit partnerships team.

You’ll join a highly collaborative partnerships group consisting of directors, managers, coordinators, and support staff. The reporting line will be into leadership within the partnerships department.

• Experience managing major client accounts within sports team or sports agency environments.
• Strong experience in Partnership Activation roles (minimum 4 years).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is essential, with Portuguese a strong plus.
