We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who naturally sees the world through the customer’s eyes. This person is curious, empathetic, and driven to understand how our products can make a real difference for our users. This role bridges product, sales, and marketing. You’ll contribute with market insights (competitive research), crafting compelling narratives, enabling our go-to-market teams and distribution channels.
You’ll also play an active role in analyzing market and competitive dynamics to help shape our positioning and inform how we bring products to market.
- Competitive Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Market Positioning & Messaging:
Develop clear, differentiated, and value-driven messaging that articulates the unique benefits of our products. - Go-to-Market:
Execute product launches and campaigns in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. - Sales/Distribution Enablement:
Create materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and product guides to empower the sales team. - Content:
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce varying assets (may be case studies, white papers, and website content among others) that support product awareness and demand generation.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing or market insights, preferably within the cybersecurity space.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and authenticity.
- Genuine interest in market research, competitive analysis, and developing feature comparisons or battle cards.
- Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ways to tell stories and highlight product value.
- Skilled at adapting messaging for different audiences and uncovering the distinct challenges and motivations that drive them.
- Experience in cybersecurity - advantage.
- Exposure to small business or MSP (Managed Service Provider) ecosystems - advantage.
