Integrated Marketing Manager

The Role

We're seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to help define and activate brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across a fintech and insurtech portfolio, with our insurance technology startup being the primary focus.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’ll own marketing copy across channels, help shape narrative and positioning, and contribute directly to integrated marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with the CMO and marketing leadership while remaining deeply hands‑on – researching, conceptualizing, and writing.

This is a build‑mode role for someone who thrives in the trenches but thinks holistically about brand, audience, and impact.

The company is a hybrid venture studio and evergreen private capital platform focused on building and backing the infrastructure behind Main Street. We partner with and operate businesses that sit at the intersection of technology, services, and regulated industries—creating durable companies that scale responsibly and endure.

Our portfolio includes a new, fast‑growing, modern insurance platform for small and mid‑sized businesses, alongside other operating companies and initiatives within the company ecosystem.

  • Onsite in downtown Miami (Brickell) - company-paid parking or train pass
  • $130k-$150k annual salary (DOE) + Bonus
  • 401k eligible on first payroll; company will match up to 4% of gross pay

What You’ll Do
  • Own and evolve brand voice and messaging across the company’s portfolio, with primary day-to-day focus on our insurtech company.
  • Write and edit high-impact marketing copy, including:
    Website and landing pages, Email campaigns and lifecycle messaging, Paid search, paid social, and display advertising, Campaign concepts, headlines, and CTAs
  • Partner with the CMO and marketing leads on integrated marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Research audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends across regulated and infrastructure-focused markets.
  • Translate business goals into clear, compelling stories tailored to different companies, stages, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with design, product marketing, growth, and leadership teams across the IRG ecosystem.
  • Test, refine, and optimize messaging based on performance and qualitative feedback.
  • Help build scalable messaging frameworks, playbooks, and brand guidelines that can be adapted across portfolio companies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand, or copywriting roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and excellent writing across channels.
  • Experience developing and managing brand voice and messaging systems.
  • Comfort operating across multiple brands or business units.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands‑on execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi‑stakeholder environment.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and experimentation.
  • Experience supporting venture studios, holding companies, or multi‑brand organizations.
  • Interest in building durable infrastructure businesses.
