Salary: $52,000 - $58,500 per year

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery, including but not limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Repairs: Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, or systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, following manufacturer guidelines and best practices to prevent breakdowns and increase equipment reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any other relevant information using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements, collaborating with production teams and management to implement enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and technologies through ongoing training and development opportunities.
