The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in the production area, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading production associates, monitoring workflow, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

• Supervise, train, and motivate production team members to achieve daily targets.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and maintain on-time performance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, HACCP, FDA, and SQF standards.
• Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Conduct shift meetings, assign job duties, and verify completion of tasks.
• Perform quality checks and verify accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety initiatives and incident reporting.
• Maintain accurate records, including production logs, labor hours, and inventory usage.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment; food industry experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and food safety regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, ERP systems a plus).
