We're seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our client’s growing manufacturing team in Miami OK. The Production Lead will play a key role in overseeing production activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across all departments. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys mentoring others and thrives in a fast‑paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support your team to achieve production quality and scheduling goals.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and employee rotations for optimal workflow.
- Safely monitor and operate machinery following Lock‑out/Tag‑out procedures.
- Step in across production areas as needed to maintain steady operations.
- Train and mentor new employees while encouraging ongoing skill development.
- Promote a safety‑first, organized and clean work environment.
- Foster teamwork, positivity and servant‑leadership principles.
- Serve as backup to the Production Supervisor when required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience (leadership experience preferred).
- Forklift experience required (certification provided by Scepter).
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Reliable safety–conscious and detail‑oriented.
