Operations Production Planner

We are currently seeking Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Track raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies, and minimizing waste.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Assist the Director of Operations and production manager in managing other day-to-day production activities
• Manage inventory levels to support production needs
• Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes in line with company objectives
• Adhere to policies and procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouses inventory current.
• Ensure compliance with USA and International regulations

• Strong understanding of production processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices

• Monday
  -Friday 9am-6pm
• $60K-$65K Based on experience
• Wynwood, Miami
