Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Property Manager located in Miami, FL. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties, manage tenant relations, address maintenance requests, and ensure properties meet legal and safety requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing lease agreements, implementing property marketing strategies, and monitoring financial performance by preparing budgets and reports.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, lease agreements, and real estate operations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for tenant management and vendor coordination
  • Organizational and problem‑solving skills to handle maintenance needs and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to property management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous
Operational Leadership

You are the primary owner of daily property operations across your assigned portfolio. Execution, compliance, financial performance, and risk management all sit with you.

You will directly supervise:

  • Assistant Property Manager(s)
  • Unit Turn / Maintenance Technicians

Your leadership includes:

  • Task delegation and workflow oversight
  • Performance management and accountability
  • Training and coaching
  • Policy enforcement
  • Escalation management to the Regional Property Manager
Resident Relations & Risk Control

While APMs manage first‑level resident interaction, you own:

  • Escalated complaints
  • Lease enforcement
  • Legal and compliance‑sensitive matters
  • Risk mitigation strategy
Leasing Oversight (Portfolio‑Level)

You monitor leasing health and performance metrics across the portfolio.

  • Ensure APM execution on leasing workflows
  • Oversee vendor and work order performance
  • Escalate performance risks as needed
