Haute Group is expanding, and we are seeking a highly organized, entrepreneurial Operations Manager to support and streamline operations across three luxury verticals:
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury media, real estate, aviation, and financial services — supporting high-growth brands serving UHNW and HNW clients globally.
Responsibilities- Build and optimize operational systems across sales, marketing, and client experience
- Manage internal workflows, CRM processes, and team coordination
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and operational execution
- Support leadership with strategic initiatives and expansion planning
- Implement AI-driven efficiencies and automation where applicable
- Operations experience in luxury real estate, private aviation, insurance/wealth, or high-end concierge services
- Highly detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive a plus)
- Work directly with a global luxury ecosystem spanning media, events, aviation, real estate, and wealth — collaborating with top-tier clients, brands, and industry leaders.
