The PositionReporting organisationally to the Senior Manager Accreditation Operations, the Regional Operations Manager, Accreditation, will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Accreditation team, and work in a very diverse Accreditation department (consisting of team members from Greece, India, Italy, the US and Canada) and in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Accreditation department (consisting of team members from across the world including Swiss‑German, German, Russian and Dutch backgrounds) responsible for delivering the FWC
26 Accreditation operations.
- Represent FIFA’s Accreditation interests in the assigned regional cluster to oversee two or more host cities venue accreditation sites within that cluster.
- Manage the assigned regional cluster, which includes:
East (Atlanta, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Boston, Philadelphia);
Central (Dallas, Houston, Kansas City);
West (Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle);
Mexico (Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey);
Canada (Toronto, Vancouver). - Work as part of a dedicated team of Accreditation Operations Managers, Venue Accreditation Operations Managers and Site Accreditation staff, managing the appropriate ACR venue staff within the cluster.
- Assist with the development and implementation of accreditation policies and procedures.
- Help plan and assure delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centres (overlay, technology, power, lighting, FF&E).
- Assist in the development of requirements, tender, select and manage suppliers for Accreditation consumables.
- Coordinate with the Access Management Department for accreditation access control, including system testing.
- Manage accreditation consumable stock for all accreditation facilities within the cluster.
- Travel within cluster during pre‑event planning and travel between venues during the tournament if required.
- Adhere to additional duties and project demands as required.

Education & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or lower degree if compensated by experience).
- Football (soccer) accreditation knowledge is a plus.
- FIFA accreditation knowledge is a plus.
- Effective interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Absolute attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good judgement, superb integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people.
- 5 or more years of experience in accreditation operations.
- Experience at single‑sport, multi‑venue events.
- Experience leading a multi‑cultural team and communicating within a multi‑cultural organization.
- Experience working across different time zones.
- Experience being comfortable in multi‑lingual environments.
- Fluent in English. Spanish proficiency may be a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Miro and other planning software and online collaboration tools.
- Proficient in 3D modelling applications is a plus.
- Experience with Accreditation Systems is a plus.
