Multi-Site Maintenance Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and elevate maintenance operations across multiple luxury, high-rise communities. This on-site role requires no travel and offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, team performance, and resident satisfaction across a portfolio of properties.

• Lead and mentor on-site Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring consistent execution of maintenance standards, preventative programs, and mechanical system operations.
• Oversee daily maintenance, unit turns, vendor coordination, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Facilities leadership to plan budgets, improve operational processes, and maintain asset quality.
• Conduct property inspections, enforce standards, and drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Implement training programs, coach your team, and develop future leaders.
• Manage emergency response and ensure regulatory compliance, keeping properties inspection-ready and residents satisfied.

• 5–7 years in residential maintenance/facilities management, including 3+ years supervising teams.
• Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, PTACs, elevators, roofing, pools, and general construction.
• Proven project management experience: budgeting, capital planning, vendor oversight, and SOP development.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and property management systems (Yardi preferred; Happy Co a plus).
