Your Role in a Nutshell
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the Director of Sales and Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment and leading the ground team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will also be a hands-on leader who is responsible for day to day operations of the office. This role requires a mature leader who is knowledgeable about our clients, operations, and work processes, and who can act as a general leader within the company.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring that processes and workflows are efficient and aligned with company goals.
- Empower and Develop Talent:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business development Representatives and Account Executives helping them achieve their professional goals and excel in their roles - Oversee daily business operations to ensure processes and workflows are efficient and aligned with company objectives.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly pipeline reports for the finance team and handle other ad-hoc requests to facilitate discussions and decision-making.
- Represent the company to local audiences, manage a team, ensure the quality of client meetings, and communicate with global leadership.
- Actively engage in the sales forecasting process by generating relevant reports and highlighting trends and insights.
- Lead and manage the office team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and ensure the seamless execution of projects and operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company professionally.
- Streamline and enhance sales workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
- Utilize sales metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions.
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and improve overall performance.
- Ensure that sales processes and systems provide a seamless and positive client experience.
- Manage and optimize sales tools and CRM systems to meet the needs of the sales team and contribute to their success.
- Support critical strategic and operational projects aimed at increasing lead generation, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Effectively measure and assess sales performance, providing insights into what drives high performance.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports, dashboards, and other essential intelligence for sales, marketing, and business development, including executive leadership and board-level reporting, in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs related to sales processes and technology to drive adoption and maximize ROI on technology tools.
- Leverage data to generate insights and recommendations for improving sales processes, conversion rates, and sales cycles.
- Analyze overall sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Over 10 years of experience in business management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office management or leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience in managing and growing a high-performing sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Hub Spot, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

This position is 5 days in office - no hybrid or remote option offered.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + OTE: up to 175K based attainment of target metrics.
