About the Role

We are conducting a confidential executive search for a Director to lead a diverse portfolio of high‑profile mixed‑use assets across the Miami market.

These environments integrate retail, office, hospitality, each with a focus on experience, performance, and long‑term commercial growth.

The appointed leader will hold overall accountability for operational performance, financial oversight, and tenant experience across multiple landmark assets, ensuring consistency, excellence, and innovation in delivery.

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and financial performance across multiple mixed‑use assets
• Oversee teams in property management, facilities, marketing, events, and guest experience
• Develop and implement operational frameworks, budgets, and performance metrics
• Partner with retail, hospitality, and commercial leaders to optimise activation and value creation
• Champion community engagement and experiential programming across the portfolio

• Senior‑level experience within mixed‑use, retail, or large‑scale destination environments
• Background with institutional developers, operators, or investment platforms
• Strong financial acumen, operational leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
