About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your recruitment career and lead a growing team? Inter Ex Group is hiring a Business Manager to support the expansion our U.S. contract recruitment division from our Miami office. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in our U.S. expansion journey.
You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of consultants, with the opportunity to increase this to 10+ within the next 12 months. Reporting directly to our CEO, Jamie Fraser, and working closely with our senior leadership team, you’ll have the backing and infrastructure of one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the industry, with the freedom to make a real impact.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and manage a contract recruitment division specializing in SAP, Salesforce, or Data across the U.S.
- Take ownership of an existing team of 3 consultants, scaling this to 10+ in year one.
- Develop, coach, and motivate consultants to achieve their full potential.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, account management, and expanding relationships.
- Build and embed effective processes to support long-term success and consistency across your team.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver and execute growth strategies for the U.S. market.
- Position Inter Ex as the partner of choice for contract staffing in the tech sector.
- Proven experience in IT contract recruitment is a must, ideally within SAP, Salesforce, or Data.
- Previous success in leading or mentoring a small team, with ambitions to scale further.
- Strong track record in business development, client management, and delivering recruitment solutions.
- Process-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to implement and drive structure.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- High energy, ambitious, and motivated to build something that stands out in the industry.
- A leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.
