Construction Project Manager - High-End Restaurant Projects
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead upscale restaurant and high-end hospitality projects across South Florida.
This role requires a polished, client-facing PM who understands luxury interiors, fast-track schedules, complex MEP coordination, and the expectations of ownership groups and brand-driven concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control
- Coordinate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and municipal agencies
- 5–10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
- Direct experience with upscale restaurant or hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of South Florida permitting processes
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced, design-forward projects
