About Agape Network

Agape Network is a nationally accredited community health organization with over 40 years of experience providing integrated behavioral health services. The organization delivers mental health treatment, substance use disorder services, family reunification, and long-term recovery support.

Agape Network operates with approximately 200 staff members and provides care through multidisciplinary teams that include medical providers, therapists, dietitians, and care coordinators. Services are offered both on‑site and in clients’ homes. Based in Miami, Florida, Agape’s residential campus includes 132 inpatient beds, a comprehensive outpatient clinic, educational facilities, supported housing programs, wellness services, and an early childhood education center.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Miami, Florida for a Residential Manager. The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

The role includes supervision of residential staff, coordination of training activities, oversight of budgets related to residential operations, and management of facility and property functions. The Residential Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents and communicating directly with residents to ensure their needs are addressed.

As part of Agape Network’s mission‑driven approach to care, the Residential Manager is expected to support an environment that respects the organization’s faith‑based values while serving individuals of all backgrounds. This includes working collaboratively with chaplaincy services and supporting residents’ access to voluntary spiritual or faith‑based resources when appropriate, while maintaining professionalism, inclusivity, and respect for individual beliefs.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and people‑management skills
  • Experience managing staff and working with residents and stakeholders
  • Experience in residential property management or facility operations
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and basic financial oversight
  • Experience organizing and conducting staff training
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and structured residential environment
  • Familiarity with community health services, mental health programs, or substance use treatment preferred
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Must be willing to be available in case of emergency on weekends.
