Are you a Superintendent, looking to work on luxury residential projects worth up to $100 million and progress into a General Superintendent role within 2 years?

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a newly established office where you can step up and grow your own team of Superintendents in the future.

This is a great time to join this rapidly expanding nationwide organization who have exciting expansion plans in Miami and are looking for someone to step up in to a leadership position and oversee some of the most exciting high-end residential projects in the city.

This position is field-based, working on a range of local sites. You will be tasked with working alongside the Project Management team to review work schedules, managing a team of 15-20 subcontractors, overseeing building operations, and holding regular meetings with designers and architects.

This role would suit someone experienced in high-end residential construction, looking to receive on the job training from industry experts and progress management role, where you can develop your own team and play a pivotal role in the growth of the Miami Office.
