Locations

This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Project Manager Sr manages multiple projects of varying sizes and duration including large projects from a global perspective that incorporates both the business and technical aspects of the project.

• Applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
• Coaching and mentoring project team members, other project managers, determining project scope, developing resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans, training plans and requirements documents, project approval matrix, vendor contracts, schedules, implementation plans, post‑implementation plans, service‑level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms, quality gates for each project methodology phase, critical success factors, and establishing and managing the project warranty period.

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years professional project management experience, of which at least 3 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
• Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budgets preferred.
• Pharmacy Benefit Manager experience.
• Experience presenting to leadership.
• Exposure utilizing Smart Sheets.
• Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and facilitation skills.
