Position: Sr. Experience Manager (Customer Agent Portal)

Job Description

The Sr Manager, Experience Management is a critical role intended to drive high-priority, fast-moving CX initiatives across the “Customer Agent Portal” journey for our Value brands. This role is ultimately responsible for translating business goals into customer-centric strategies for high-impact, fast-paced projects across numerous CX work streams. The Sr Manager is a key member of the CX team responsible for ensuring projects deliver measurable results and superior customer interactions.

Skills and Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in CX strategy, product management, or digital growth with direct experience in the “Customer Agents Portal” Journey of the digital channel.
  • Demonstrated leadership in framing and solving challenging problems on multiple programs or shipped products with a large user base.
  • Proven record of implementation and ability to explain in detail how they lead the strategy and execution of products and projects!
  • Experience with agile methodology and tools.
