Headquartered in Florida, we are the nation’s most experienced post-tension company, known for our reliability, fast turnaround times, and practical, on-site project expertise.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team in the Miami area. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet all quality standards. The position requires strong coordination of scheduling, logistics, inspections, and expediting efforts to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning through final delivery
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and labor to meet project deadlines
• Manage site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Expedite project components to maintain schedules and resolve delays
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project specifications are met

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project and logistics management
• Strong knowledge of expediting procedures and inspection protocols
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Background in construction/concrete restoration or post-tension industry preferred
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Restoration, or a related field is a plus
