As a corporate and business strategy consultant, you will analyze client needs, deliver consulting services across various strategic areas, and support the development and implementation of effective strategies to drive growth.

• Analyze client needs and develop strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations.
• Lead and motivate teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Apply sound judgment, escalate issues when necessary, and demonstrate leadership in ambiguous situations.

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of strategy consulting or industry experience.
• Deep industry knowledge in Financial Services, especially Banking & Capital Markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
