On behalf of our client, a leading GC based in Miami, we are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager.

This GC delivers landmark commercial and mixed-use developments that define urban spaces and support thriving communities. With a pipeline of exciting new projects, they are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Project Manager to lead high-value developments from inception to completion.

This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned construction professional ready to make an impact on projects that blend office, retail, leisure, and residential into dynamic environments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of complex commercial and mixed-use development projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, external consultants, and subcontractors throughout all project phases.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project programs, cost plans, and risk registers.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring full compliance with relevant frameworks
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation across your projects.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within commercial and/or mixed-use construction.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-phase projects
• Demonstrated success of completing mid/high rise projects
• Expert knowledge of building regulations and procurement routes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of 10 + years' experience as a construction Project Manager
