The Head Culture Coach is both a leader and a strategist on the floor. You will oversee and develop the coaching team, ensure ADAPT’s culture thrives, and drive key business results. You’ll split your time between leading high-quality training sessions and managing the operations, development, and performance of the team. You will continue to build out this role for ADAPT, looking for ways to push the business forward and make the team better.

Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and supervise Culture Coaches
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities
- Design, implement, and refine group training programs
- Ensure training methods are aligned with ADAPT’s standards and evolving fitness trends
- Track member progress and implement strategies to boost retention
- Oversee member challenges and foster a thriving community atmosphere
- Handle administrative duties, ensure facility upkeep, and manage client profiles
- Collaborate with leadership on business goals and facility operations
- Manage schedules and ensure class coverage
Your performance will be measured by:
- Utilization rates of classes
- Participation in member challenges
- New member sign-ups
- Group class revenue growth
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience, including at least 2 in a leadership role
- Nationally accredited fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, or NSCA preferred)
- Active CPR/AED certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in building presentations and internal materials (Canva), managing client data, communication, and reporting through a CRM platform (Mindbody or equivalent)
- Efficient in operating daily within Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet)
- Strong command of professional email communication and automated response systems is required
- The ability to manage, maintain, and execute administrative systems consistently is essential—without this, the role will not be successful
- A passion for fitness, leadership, and community building
You were the leader on the playground or the captain in gym class. The one whose team everyone wanted to be on. Today, you’re still a mentor and a master expect the best from those around you, and you work with them to achieve it.

And then to share it -- with the coaches in their facility, and with members entrusting the health of their bodies to you. You’ll lead a team of engaged professionals who have a passion for fitness and helping our members achieve their goals in a FUN, MOTIVATING, and UNITED environment!
