The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient execution of landscape maintenance and installation projects while meeting client needs and maintaining high-quality standards. This full-time role is based on-site in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include managing teams, scheduling, coordinating resources, supervising work progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.

• Proven experience in Landscape Maintenance, Installation, and Management
• Strong skills in managing and coordinating teams and resources effectively
• Knowledge of water management, tree trimming, and arbor care practices
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and maintaining safety protocols
• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with clients and team members
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and leadership
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices
• Bachelor s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using landscape management software is a plus
