We’re looking for a Head of Marketplace reporting directly to the C‑suite to lead our core marketplace business — a $50M annual P&L spanning 14 profitable consumer brands. This is a career‑defining opportunity for a commercially minded operator with the intellect, drive, and discipline to run a complex, fast‑moving business at scale.
You’re structured, analytical, and relentlessly accountable. You’ve likely spent 5–7 years building a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or a top‑tier corporate environment — possibly with an MBA or equivalent experience — followed by hands‑on leadership in a consumer or e‑commerce company. You know how to manage by numbers, motivate by clarity, and drive performance through a mix of rigor and judgment.

Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a $50M P&L : Set strategy, drive revenue, and manage profitability across a portfolio of established consumer brands.
- Lead a cross‑functional global team : Oversee 15+ professionals across account management, brand management, analytics, and operations — ensuring focus, clarity, and consistent execution.
- Drive commercial strategy : Develop and execute growth plans across pricing, promotions, advertising, and product strategy to maximize revenue and margin.
- Operationalize performance excellence : Build systems, dashboards, and reviews that ensure data‑driven decision‑making and accountability at every level.
- Partner cross‑functionally : Work closely with product, creative, and supply chain teams to coordinate launches, improve efficiency, and align business priorities.
- Develop talent and culture : Build a team that moves fast, communicates clearly, and maintains a high standard of execution.
- Identify and capture new opportunities : Evaluate emerging channels, partnerships, and market opportunities that can extend reach and profitability.
- Model precision and ownership : Set the tone for excellence — balancing strategy and execution, vision and detail, ambition and discipline.
