’s Silversea Cruises Brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Operation and Integration – Food and Beverage on the Transformation Team reporting to the Global Head of Food and Beverage. This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida. This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
In this position, you would serve as a trusted partner to the Global Head of Food and Beverage, driving execution of the global Strategic Food and Beverage Plan, ensuring seamless coordination across all brands, operational, innovation, and integration initiatives. This role combines strategic project management, executive alignment, and high-level administrative leadership to enable focus on business impact, creativity, and long-term growth.
You would need to operate with exceptional organizational skill, emotional intelligence, and strategic acumen, capable of connecting vision to action across multiple regions and functions. Expertise in data analytics and AI management is highly valued, providing a unique skillset that enhances strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning, Integration and Execution
- Lead the development, implementation, and tracking of the Strategic Food & Beverage Plan in partnership with the Global Head of F&B.
- Align strategic priorities across Culinary, Beverage, Training, and Guest Experience teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Design and manage performance frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to measure impact and progress.
- Prepare strategic presentations, executive briefs, and annual business reviews for senior leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.
- Integrate cross-functional initiatives to enhance collaboration and execution across departments.
- Executive Support and Communications
- Serve as a strategic liaison and operational extension of the Global Head of F&B, managing calendar, travel, and executive engagements.
- Draft and refine executive communications, speeches, and internal updates that reflect the F&B vision and strategic priorities.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage workflows to maximize executive focus and impact.
- Operational Leadership and Project Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the F&B office, ensuring streamlined communication, process discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead budget oversight, expense tracking, and administrative workflows in collaboration with Finance and HR.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, workshops, and offsites to drive alignment and execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and consistency.
- Culture and Talent Development
- Serve as a cultural connector, reinforcing collaboration, accountability, and excellence across shipboard and corporate F&B teams.
- Champion the “One Silversea” mindset by fostering communication and knowledge-sharing among global stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive clarity and momentum.
- Support talent development initiatives by identifying high-potential team members and growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
