Description:
Entreprenista is seeking a high-ownership Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of new product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives across the business.
This role is responsible for turning ideas into organized launches, aligning stakeholders, building timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring campaigns launch on time, on brand, and on goal.
You will be the connective tissue between product, marketing, partnerships, membership, content, and operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that launches feel cohesive across every channel.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves checklists and timelines, and takes pride in getting things done.
Responsibilities- Product & Program Launch Management – Own end-to-end project management for new product, membership, event, and program launches; translate leadership vision into clear scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; build and maintain launch plans that span Product readiness, Marketing & growth, Partnerships & sponsor ships, Community & member communications, and Operations & customer support;
Identify risks early and proactively solve for delays or bottlenecks. - Integrated Marketing Campaign Execution – Lead project management for multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, website & landing pages, paid media, partnerships & co-marketing, events (virtual & IRL), and community; ensure messaging, timelines, and assets are aligned across all channels; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to hit deadlines; maintain campaign calendars and ensure nothing launches in silos.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Act as the central point of accountability across Marketing, Partnerships, Membership, Content, Ops, and Tech;
Run project kickoffs, weekly standups, and launch retros; keep stakeholders informed with clear updates, timelines, and next steps; push back when needed to protect scope, timelines, and quality. - Operational Excellence – Own and improve project management systems in Click Up; create repeatable launch playbooks, templates, and SOPs; track project status, dependencies, and outcomes; support post-launch reporting and debriefs to continuously improve execution.

Requirements- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-obsessed
- Calm under pressure and unafraid to hold people accountable
- Comfortable managing multiple launches and campaigns at once
- A strong communicator who can translate complexity into clarity
- Equally comfortable working with creative, technical, and ops teams
- 4–7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in:
Startups, Media, Membership platforms, Marketing-driven businesses - Proven experience managing:
Product or program launches;
Integrated marketing campaigns;
Cross-functional teams - Strong familiarity with project management tools (Click Up preferred)
- Experience working with marketing, content, partnerships, and growth teams
- Bonus: experience in community-led, creator-led, or women-focused brands
- Launches ship on time and with fewer last-minute fire drills
- Campaigns feel cohesive and intentional across channels
- Stakeholders are aligned and confident in launch plans
- Leadership has visibility into timelines, risks, and priorities
- Teams feel supported — not chased — by project management
