Responsible for project plan development and execution across different project types ranging from new customer onboarding, internal process improvement and new-to-world service offerings. The Project Manager is a key part of understanding and implementing solutions to solve customer’s business problems.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
- Determine and define project scope and objectives for internal and customer facing projects.
- Perform risk analysis and stakeholder management.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Track project costs, critical milestones and KPIs in order to meet budget/schedule delivery.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

- Participates in on-boarding meetings to understand customer requirements and provide confirmation and/or best practice solutions as required.
- Must be able to research using multiple data resources to understand, define and communicate findings and/or action steps to resolve or support requested information or questions.
- May be asked to perform other duties or activities not defined in this job description as required or assigned from management.
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of customer implementation projects or strategic projects.
- Monitoring progress, resolving problems, troubleshooting, and ensuring action items and deliverables are met.
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives as aligned with business unit leadership.
- College Degree; minimum Bachelors in Business or related field.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- The ability to work and interact effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to react quickly, adjust, adapt and redirect activities in a dynamic environment.
- Project organization, time management, task planning.
- Agile PO/SM or CAPM/PMP certification highly desired.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, exposure to Agile Project tools such as Jira or Asana preferred.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

- Primary language used in daily operations is English. Additional primary company languages include Spanish, French, and Dutch.

- Role does not require supervision of direct and indirect reports.
- Able to take accountability and responsibility for business target delivery and decision making.
